What was the highlight of W Sydney
Spectacular
Everything was spectacular
One thing that I did not like is me requesting an early check through the hotel customer service but somehow the request was not put through. However one of the staff member in the hotel was able to check them in at the earliest time which was 12. But regardless I do recommend that this wouldn’t have happened. Overall it was beautiful stay.

What was the highlight of W Sydney
Good location
Beautiful hotel and close to amenities. We loved the rooftop pool especially and it had a nice vibe during Vivid lights.
I had requested for a cot to be made available multiple times even prior to arrival and I did not receive the cot until 21:45 that evening, as you can imagine what an inconvenience that would be with a 7months old baby. We requested for the cot during booking, upon checking in and the third time was requested again in person at 20:30 and reception staff assured us it would be brought up to our room asap. My suggestion is to please train your staff to communicate better with each other and improve your customer service.

What was the highlight of W Sydney
Good location for events in Darling Harbour.
Location and facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing
Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade, however the upgrade only really benefited for one of our group so that the second booking and room were not what we had reserved. As we booked early ( a few weeks early ) we were surprised that our 2 rooms were more than double those that stayed and reserved their rooms on the weekend. We paid $820 and $860 per room compared to $429 for the same room when booked direct with the hotel.
